Step 1:
Mix 1 cup of dosa mix powder with approx. 1.5 cup of water. Add salt as required.
Step 2:
Mix thoroughly to get the required batter consistency. Keep the mixture aside for 10 – 15 minutes.
Step 3:
Mix the batter once again & then pour the batter from the outer edges of tava in clockwise direction. Remaining all is usual.
