Preparation
Mix 2 spoons of powder thoroughly with approx. 200 ml (one glass) of normal milk or water without forming lumps.
Heat the mixture for 3 to 4 minutes over medium flame. Then add jaggery / honey if prepared with milk OR add salt if prepared with water.
(Optional) – Add buttermilk if prepared with water
